FEMA Appraisals is part of Dade Appraisals a subsidiary of Dade Real Estate Services Corporation. The team of residential and commercial appraisers are Florida State Certified. The firm has been in operation for nearly two decades. Each one of our appraisers are experienced and a members of the Appraisal Institute. We also have a diverse team of experts to help you and your team overcome the permitting process related to the FEMA 50% rule.
At FEMA Appraisals we pride ourselves on follow-up and outstanding service. We also stride to provide credible, prompt and efficient results, easy to read reports, and attention to detail. We have helped many homeowners and commercial building owners overcome the Substantial Improvement hurdle. Our goal is to exceed the industry standards by providing high quality, credible appraisal reports and punctual FEMA appraisals and appraisal services in the South Florida market.
Our staff are members of the Florida Flood Plain Managers Association. We continue to attend continuing education seminars administered by Florida Flood Plain Managers Association.
